The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing premium primary medical care services to a wide variety of patients. They will systematically assess patients’ ***** status, arrive at appropriate diagnosis(es), and implement care plan(s) or effective clinical outcomes while meeting or exceeding quality metrics.
