The Advanced Provider will be responsible for providing premium primary medical care services to a wide variety of patients. The Advanced Provider will be expected to systematically assess patients’ ***** status, arrive at appropriate diagnosis(es), and implement care plan(s) or effective clinical outcomes while meeting or exceeding quality metrics. The Advanced Provider works collaboratively with our physicians and patient-centered care team to provide medical care and treatment in the most cost-effective and appropriate way.
Roles Responsibility
Obtains patient history and performs assessment via observation, interview, and examination. Orders, performs and interprets diagnostic procedures. Participates in the evaluation and management of patient care. Performs procedures, wound care, and infection management. Documents patient encounters thoroughly.
