The PCA will be responsible for providing direct and indirect care for patients by assisting RNs with clinical tasks, working collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment, remotely monitoring the safety of multiple patients, making patient assignments for continuous virtual monitoring staff, communicating effectively with Nurse Administrators, attending non-emergent central line placements, observing sterile technique during procedures, and documenting observations.
