The RN is responsible and accountable for a specified group of patients in Allergy and Clinical Immunology at 850 Boylston Street, Chestnut Hill and other off-site locations. Demonstrates initiative, knowledge, and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs.
Roles Responsibility
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate a plan of care, prioritize patient care, maintain continuity through communication, document clearly and concisely, develop comprehensive care plans, provide patient and family education, participate in quality management programs, provide safe environment, administer medications and allergen immunotherapy safely, perform nursing procedures, triage patient calls, interact professionally, collaborate with other disciplines, utilize and evaluate care standards, participate in research endeavors.
