The Ambulatory Patient Care Tech will work in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care delivery team under the direction of the Registered Nurse, to perform basic nursing care activities, assist to maintain a safe, clean, stocked patient care setting, assist staff members and help direct patient flow
Roles Responsibility
Collect data and accurately document information, Recognize abnormalities and report to Registered Nurse, Provide basic nursing care, Check and ensure all relevant equipment is in working order, Collect specimens for testing, Assist with patient flow and unit efficiency, Contribute to a positive work environment, Perform and report QC protocol, Participate in continuing education opportunities, Follow directions precisely, Organizational accountabilities such as teamwork and communication, performance improvement and problem-solving, cost management and financial responsibility, safety. HS High School, CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Type
