The Network Float Pool seeks a Full Time Float Pool – Wound care/Ostomy RN responsible for clinical nursing care and support services within the ***** healthcare system. The role involves seven days a week shift work from 7:00 am – 5:30 pm, including weekends and holidays.
Roles Responsibility
Record patients' medical history and symptoms, perform diagnostic tests, analyze results, operate medical equipment, administer treatment and medications, assist with patient follow-up and rehabilitation, establish care plans, provide patient and family education, delegate patient care tasks, support clinical knowledge advancement, precept new staff and students, ensure patient safety and well-being, adhere to professional nursing standards and ethics, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. BSN Bachelor of Science in Nursing, MSN Master of Science in Nursing, DNP Doctor of Nursing Practice, DNS Doctor of Nursing Science, ADN Associate Degree in Nursing, Graduate from an accredited NLN/CCNE institution Type
