Roles Responsibility
Conduct thorough pre-transplant evaluations, collaborate on care plans, provide education to patients and families, assist in coordination of evaluations, manage patients during surgeries, monitor post-transplant care, coordinate ongoing care, participate in quality improvement initiatives, research projects, maintain accurate documentation, commit to professional growth and development. Desired Qualification
MSN Master of Science in Nursing, Registered Nurse licensure, Nurse Practitioner licensure, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification, clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner, knowledge of transplant medicine Type
