Nurses on this unit assess and monitor patients and fetuses, report changes in clinical status to providers, provide patient education, respond to obstetric emergencies, and participate in shared decision-making with the interdisciplinary care team.***** Women & Infants Services provides compassionate, comprehensive care for mothers and babies in our state-of-the-art Women & Infants Center, which is recognized as a Baby-Friendly birth facility by Baby-Friendly USA.
