Job Description:To assess, plan, evaluate, and document the burn unit nursing process as needed. To provide pain management, assess wounds, and provide wound care and documentation for burn patients. To utilize the nursing process to care and/or counsel individuals in the promotion and maintenance of health and the prevention of illness and injury. To lead and supervise a team of Wound Care Techs in completing daily dressing changes.
