RN Coordinator – Pediatrics Epilepsy

The Pediatric Epilepsy Surgery Nurse Coordinator position reports to the Medical Directors of the Pediatric Epilepsy Surgery Program, as well as the Assistant Administrator of Operations for Neurosciences. This position works directly with the Pediatric Epilepsy division and neurosurgery faculty, staff, and inter-department staff. Responsible for coordinating care points of pediatric epilepsy surgery patients including clinic visits, out- and inpatient tests, and pre- and postoperative care related to epilepsy surgery in collaborating institutes. Also serves as a liaison between patients/families and faculty involved for the patients’ care while promoting successful and efficient patient experiences.
