Enterprise Account Manager

Overview

Our platform connects nurses, nurse practitioners, and other licensed healthcare workers to their dream jobs and improves their lives. In the next 6 years, the world will need 13 million healthcare workers to take care of the aging and growing population.

Our platform makes it easier, faster, and cheaper to place and hire them. Together, we raise the economic opportunities for these healthcare workers when their skills are best utilized and where they are most needed; while ensuring that healthcare facilities and companies can keep up with their patient care and demands. It is an ethical compass to ensure that patients have access to care.

To help employers attract and hire qualified talented health care workers quickly, we pre-verify and pre-qualify the medical workers and eliminate the recruitment efforts while shortening the hiring process for both the employers and the workers. We created a platform with logistical and intelligence properties to assist employers to find the best fit. Workers do not need to apply for the job, but only need to “express interest” for the job.

Headquartered in Sarasota, Florida USA, our team is 100% remote and are also located in other countries.

When you work for us, you have the opportunity to change lives by giving talented people access to purpose, not just a paycheck. Indirectly, you’ll make a difference to patients by saving their lives, and impact some of the most high-tech healthcare facilities and rural hospitals by helping them hire their next wave of clinical talent. Be part of our creative team, innovative company, and be part of the future of healthcare job placement technology.
