As a Clinical Team Leader, you will assume a leadership position within the CDH (Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia) nursing team at ***** ***** All Children’s Hospital. In addition to providing expert nursing care to infants and children diagnosed with congenital diaphragmatic hernia, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the CDH nursing unit.
Roles Responsibility
Provide expert nursing care to infants and children diagnosed with congenital diaphragmatic hernia, Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for CDH patients, Monitor patients' vital signs, respiratory status, and overall health, Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, Assist in surgical procedures and post-operative care for CDH patients, Educate patients' families on the condition and treatment options, Provide emotional support and counseling to families, Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records, Participate in ongoing professional development activities.
