The Staff Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process. This position may require floating to other units and participation in an on-call status. Adherence to National Patient Safety Goals is essential. The nurse will supervise and coordinate personnel, provide guidance to non-licensed personnel and students, and report to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.
