Your duties will include the full nursing process, from assessment and diagnosis to planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. You will also fulfill various nursing practice roles, including clinician, teacher, researcher, leader, and professional developer. Additionally, you will oversee nursing care coordination, adhering to established clinical nursing practice standards set by the American Nursing Association, the Florida Nurse Practice Act, and other regulatory bodies.
