Assess patient and/or family needs; formulates, implements and evaluates nursing diagnosis/problem list; upholds ***** wide nursing standards; maintains self-development and attainment of educational requirements; exhibits positive human relations and complies with unit and ***** standards for dress code, attendance and other Human Resources Department issues. Ability to lead the department, make quick decisions, and ensure compliance with rules and regulations. Ability to manage patient throughout and meet departmental goals.
