Within the scope of practice as defined by licensure, the Registered Nurse will provide nursing care under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Nurse Manager. The primary focus will be on providing optimal anti-coagulation care to patients in the Coumadin Clinic, with additional responsibilities including RN level clinical skills through collaboration with medical providers.
