To complete and submit the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility Assessment Instrument (IRF-PAI) for each inpatient with Medicare as a funding source. To complete Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility assessment instrument (IRF-PAI) for all payor sources for quality improvement tracking. To ensure accurate patient functional status scores, educating and training staff when needed. To ensure compliance with all state and federal requirements regarding the transmission of information.
