We’re seeking an Operating Room Shift Nurse Manager for Ortho/Spine Surgery who plans, coordinates and directs the daily operations for our operating room staff.
Roles Responsibility
Inspire excellence in operating room team, lead change and process improvement, supervise staff, facilitate communication with physicians and internal administrators, complete employee conference and unit management reports, provide resources for optimal patient outcomes, lead team behavior and development, empower and advocate for nurses, address customer concerns and complaints, participate in regulatory reviews, implement evidence-based practices, complete performance reviews Desired Qualification
Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Two years experience as an RN with Ortho/spine expertise, Georgia Nursing License, BLS certification, Certification preferred Type
