The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the overall success of the Advanced Wound ***** as well as provides support for podiatry. This position collaborates with the ***** Director and specialty clinics manager to coordinate services in providing quality care to patients with chronic non-healing wounds through the use of hospital and nursing standards.
Roles Responsibility
Elicit a detailed and accurate history from a patient, perform an appropriate physical examination, and make an assessment and diagnosis from all available information, Develop and implement patient management plans, Order or transmit an order for laboratory procedures, screening procedures, therapeutic procedures, radiology procedures, therapeutic diets, physical/occupational therapy, nursing services, and other studies Desired Qualification
