We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with acute care expertise to join our dynamic team. As a Nurse Practitioner in our Neuro Vascular Program, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive care to patients with neurological and vascular conditions.
Roles Responsibility
Conduct thorough assessments of patients with neurovascular disorders, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations, Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures, such as neurovascular imaging studies and laboratory tests, Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding their condition, treatment options, and self-care strategies, Participate in patient rounds, case conferences, and multidisciplinary meetings to discuss treatment plans and patient progress, Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients, Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, assessments, and interventions in electronic medical records Desired Qualification
