Roles Responsibility
Contributes to assessment/reassessment of patients, Contributes to plan of care under supervision of a Registered Nurse, Participates in development, implementation, and evaluation of patient care interventions, Monitors signs and symptoms related to abnormal lab values, Reports changes in patient status to physician, Promotes wellness and provides patient/caregiver education, Works with care team to ensure patient quality and safety initiatives, Promotes patient satisfaction and confidentiality, May be required to float to other units, May be required to participate in on-call status, Reports to department director or assigned clinical supervisor Desired Qualification
LPN Licensed Practical Nursing, BLS Bachelor of Science in Nursing, IV Therapy certification Type
