Roles Responsibility
Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN., Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, IV set up and delivery of maintenance IV fluids, specimen collection and wound care., Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Assists with patient discharge and admission activities., Monitors, documents, and communicates patient status and reactions to interventions. Implements the plan of nursing care and communicates abnormal findings to RN team lead. Desired Qualification
Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program, State licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN), Basic Life Support (BLS) *****care Provider, IV certification Type
