We’re seeking a Registered Nurse, Critical Care to join ***** Decatur’s 32-bed open Intensive Care Unit at our location that offers a diverse patient population, individualized orientation, growth/learning development, self-governing and autonomy encouraged, flexible self-scheduling with blocked holidays, 4th weekend requirement only, and evidence-based practice.
Roles Responsibility
Communicate effectively with patients and ***** team, deliver safe and effective care, assess patient outcomes, document nursing process accurately, implement patient care independently, manage time effectively, incorporate Synergy Model into practice, revise policies based on evidence-based research, achieve required points and contact hours. Desired Qualification
