***** Physician Group is seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to join our team of Ambulatory Nurse Managers. The ANM would provide clinical oversight to multiple ***** Physician Group offices within a defined specialty area. This RN would work in partnership with the Practice Manager/Director and the Physician Site Lead to ensure optimal patient experience, mentoring clinical staff and helping to train clinical staff to provide standardizations.
Roles Responsibility
Manage patient care services delivered in assigned ambulatory &/or outpatient multi-physician/multi-specialty sites, collaborate with other organizational leaders and medical staff in designing and providing patient care and services, promote quality patient care and nursing services, develop and maintain technical proficiency with the EHR, serve as a resource and support to staff, leadership, and physicians, direct and coordinate patient care within defined area of responsibility through established standards Desired Qualification
BSN Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Masters degree in nursing or other *****care field preferred Type
