Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA) Nuclear Medicine & Imaging- Variable

The Cardiology APP will be responsible for pre and post-procedure assessment, physical examination, consents, screening and counseling of patients presenting for stress testing and other non-invasive cardiology procedures. They will perform stress tests (nuclear, exercise, echo, dobutamine), tilt-table testing independently and prepare reports for interpretation by physicians. The NIC APP’s will work with the NIC director to develop and implement programs within NIC focusing on efficiency, outcomes, and education. They will also participate in meetings, cardiology weekly conference, and journal clubs.
