How is JobGraze different from other job sites?

JobGraze offers unlimited flexibility and opportunity to earn. As a Grazer, you can dictate your schedule, preferences, and rate.

How much experience do I need to become a Grazer?

We welcome all experience levels! Whether you’re a new graduate or have years of experience, we can connect you with the right employers.

Are you only working with employers in Florida?

We work with employers in Florida and nationwide.

What are the requirements to become a Grazer?

All licensed medical professionals are welcome to join our platform. You must be willing to provide your license number and other personal identification information for verification.

How fast can I find work?

Once your credentials are verified, your profile will show up for employers. If your preferences match their job requirements, they can send you a booking request. Simply favorite the jobs you are interested in and increase your probability of a quick hire! Also be sure to respond to booking requests as soon as possible (we recommend within 24 hours).

Can I use JobGraze if I already have a job?

Our employers will have contract jobs to fit any type of schedule. Whether you’re looking to pick up a couple of shifts a week or something more long term, you can find it on JobGraze.

Is there a fee to become a candidate (or a job seeker or “grazer”)?

There is currently no fee to become a grazer. Take advantage of this opportunity to get in front of many employers at no cost today!

Is the platform easy to use?

Absolutely! There will be a demo on the site very soon that will walk you through everything and we also have a mobile app you can utilize so you will get your requests for hire as quickly as possible. What types of positions can I fill with JobGraze?

Our platform is open to all licensed medical professionals. These specialties can include RNs, psychologists, physical therapists, physicians, and more.

How quickly can I hire or book a Grazer (e.g. a RN or healthcare professional)?

We have thousands of job candidates ready to work now. You can filter candidates by experience, geographic location, and pay rate. Once you have sent out a booking request, they will have 24 hours to respond.

What information do I need to provide on my job posting?

We will provide you with a template to use, but in general you will need to list your facility information, the role and responsibilities, start and end dates, and shift length.

How does the payment process work?

After Sign-Up, you must go under the subscription tab and purchase a subscription with either a business credit card or checking account. Once your access is established you will have the ability to start adding your employees and/or posting your jobs. This payment will cover a year subscription and will auto-renew unless cancelled before the year is complete.

How do I hire or book a Grazer (e.g. a RN or healthcare professional)?

Utilize our matching tool for your job posts. Candidates/Grazers will be recommended to you based on your job criteria. Once you have found the perfect Grazer, send a booking request and they should accept or decline as soon as they are able (within 24 hours).

What is the difference between an Employer Administrator vs an Employee?

The Employer Administrator has full access (i.e. Dashboards, Payments, Reports) and has the authority to set-up the access roles and grant security access to their employees. Prior to adding Employees, the Employer Administrator must create access roles and determine what each role (e.g. HR Recruiter, HR Manager) has access to.

How long would I have to work for the sponsoring employer?

There may be a required 2–3-year employment term committed to the sponsoring employer with JobGraze. This is a permanent employment with the sponsoring employer, and you could stay employed by them longer contingent upon your job performance.

What is the employment arrangement?

You will be a direct hire and a full-time employee of the sponsoring employer. You will receive full benefits as offered by the Employer to the rest of their employees.

What training will I get in my new job?

Prior to leaving your country, you will get culture training by the recruitment company. Once you are in the host country, you will get orientation and on-the-job training from the sponsoring employer. We will share with you more about your training once you have been hired.

Will I have support in my new country?

Yes, JobGraze will greet you at the airport and will assist you in settling in (i.e. open a bank account, grocery shopping, lodging assignments, transportation arrangement) in the first two weeks. We will be available to support you, even beyond the two weeks.

Is there a fee to register?

No, it is free for healthcare professionals seeking employment.

Do I need to pay for the cost of immigration?

No, JobGraze will pay the immigration fees for you.

What kind of visa category will I be working under?

You would be coming to the USA under the EB-3 Immigration Visa (permanent resident).

Is JobGraze a temporary staffing agency?

No, we are a healthcare employment agency helping direct employers in candidate selection for permanent employment. We assist with exams and document processing for visas in the USA and assist candidates with documents needed in their home country via our partners.

When would I receive my immigrant visa?

It is very difficult to put an exact timeframe on the immigrant visa process since there are so many different agencies involved in navigating the process. Generally speaking, a fair timeframe is approximately 6-10 months from the filing of the immigrant petition to approval at the U.S. Consulate.

Timeframes can vary depending on backlogs of cases at both the USCIS and the U.S. Consulate abroad.

Do I need to pass the NCLEX and IELTS exams for the U.S.A.?

Yes, after passing these exams, you will be able to apply for a nursing license to practice as a nurse in the U.S.A.

Where do I go to get NCLEX preparation?

Please contact us at hello@jobgraze.com and we will give you information about the preparation courses.

What if I have already passed the NCLEX RN or IELTS?

We will reimburse your fee for the exams and will be able to schedule an interview for you and process your documents for immigration.

If I have failed the NLCEX RN exam, can I still apply?

Yes, you can still apply, but you would have to pay for your exam fee. Once you pass the exam, we will reimburse the fee.

Do I need nursing experience?

Yes, at least 2 years of experience. Experience helps in building critical thinking skills and will make the transition period easier.

Should I be working as a registered nurse currently?

Yes, you need at least two years of current clinical experience in order to apply for the immigration visa.

What if I have a gap in clinical experience?

Our employers are looking for candidates with clinical experience. Since your new job would be in a clinical setting, we suggest that you start work to get clinical experience in a hospital setting.

What are my costs?

You would have to pay for your NCLEX RN and IELTS exam fees, however, we will reimburse the fees once you’ve passed the exams.

There will be no other costs to you. What you will make in your new job, you will keep 100%. We will cover all of your other expenses (i.e. visa processing and consulate fees).

What can I expect during visa processing?

Once you have passed the licensure exams such as NCLEX RN and IELTS, our agency will help you with document processing, obtaining a license, visa screen certificate, and processing immigration documents.

Where will the healthcare workers be coming from?

The workers will be coming from countries where they are allowed by law. These countries can include the Philippines, India, Singapore, Thailand, Egypt, Turkey, and Canada. Wherever they may be coming from, they speak English. We are always researching immigration laws in other countries to keep our candidate pool robust.

What is the cost of sponsoring a healthcare worker from overseas?

The cost may vary depending on the license, specialties, qualifications, and experience (such as a RN vs a LPN vs a physician) and the fees involved to file for their placement in the host country.

What guarantee do Employers have when sponsoring workers from overseas?

Immigration policies and employment laws may change from time to time, however, JobGraze will work with you to ensure that once a candidate is hired, they stay employed with you for at least 2 years.

What are the sponsoring Employers' responsibilities in the process?

Since these International candidates will be your direct employees, we would ask for certain documents as needed by the U.S. Immigration Department and the host country. JobGraze will take care of the rest!

Do you have candidates in all specialties?

Yes, we have many sources for nurses and can provide nurses for all disciplines.

How much experience would the candidate have?

The candidate would have at least 2 years of experience in their relevant field.

Would these candidates have relevant licenses to practice in the USA?

Yes, the candidates will be licensed in the US after passing the licensure exams (eg NCLEX RN and English exam for nurses).

Would I be able to select candidates based on my individual requirements?

Yes, you would be able to select candidates based on their resume and interview them before we start their immigration process.

How long does the immigration process take?

The process duration varies depending on the host country and its immigration policy. We are always looking into ways to expedite the process.

Do you assist with ensuring the new employee feels acclimated to our area?

Yes. We ensure your candidate feels comfortable in their new city. We meet them on the ground, assist them with basic needs (e.g. lodging), and make sure they know where the grocery, pharmacy and other important places are. We also stay in contact with them just in case other needs arise.
