Except as set out in this agreement, all sales are final.
All refunds are processed into the original payment method.
The Refund process might take 4-6 weeks and will reflect on the bank statement.
1. Subscription Term and Auto-Renewal
- The JobGraze platform subscription service is offered on an annual basis, with automatic renewal at the end of each subscription term, unless canceled by the subscriber.
- Subscribers will be notified via the JobGraze portal prior to the renewal date.
- Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time during the subscription term but there are no refunds offered for the remaining time period. To cancel, you can log-in to the JobGraze portal and update the subscription details.
- Cancellations and refunds of paid subscriptions are allowed within 24-hours of signup.
- Refunds to Candidates (if applicable) within first month of signup are allowed under extenuating circumstances.
2. Booking (Hiring) Fees
- A Subscribed Employer who has paid to book a candidate but encounters issues involving the candidate of not showing for work will have the booking amount credited back to your account.
- JobGraze reserves the rights to conduct verifications prior to issuing any refund. This amount will show in your wallet for use with your next candidate booking.
3. International Placement Fees
- Subscribed Employers who sponsored and hired an international candidate will sign an agreement acknowledging their understanding of the policy, guarantees, requirements and procedures when hiring International Candidates.
- The placement fee may be refundable under extenuating circumstances but will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at Sales@JobGraze.com directly to discuss such cases.
