Assumes responsibility and accountability for clinical development and coordination of the Certified Stroke Program. Will work with the Medical Director to develop evidence-based protocols, provide and compile outcome data, and maintain stroke quality measures and NIHSS reliability. Provides education to patients, family members, and hospital caregivers.
Roles Responsibility
Assists staff in awareness and understanding of Stroke Quality Measures, performs literature reviews for evidence-based care, maintains and monitors stroke practice guidelines, conducts discharge follow-up phone calls, and helps maintain Stroke Program Certification. Desired Qualification
