RN Medical Office

Provides direct patient care in a medical/physician office setting using the nursing process and in accordance with applicable standards. Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans to optimize outcomes. Monitors and communicates patient condition, coordinates care, and provides patient/family education. Delegates patient care and may precept students and new hires. Requires critical thinking skills and ability to work independently.
