In this position, you’ll work 7p-7a with our Float Pool team providing exceptional care to those who have entrusted ***** ***** with their *****care needs.
Roles Responsibility
Assessment/re assessments, Development of the plan of care, Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions, Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions, Supervises and coordinates the delegation and implementation of care to other licensed and non licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned, Provides guidance and mentorship to non licensed personnel and students, as appropriate, Performs job duties in a manner that will ensure a physical environment free of hazards to self and others, Supervises and coordinates the delegation and implementation of patient care to licensed and non-licensed personnel for their assigned shift/area. This includes, but not limited to delegated assignments, monitoring of patient care, facilitating problem solving, and education/training of staff. Desired Qualification
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member, Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire, Current ACLS, PALS, or NRP certification based on competency level or completion within 90 days of hire, Must be able to communicate effectively in English, This job requires the incumbents to operate personal vehicle (non *****-owned) and therefore must have a current Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
