Roles Responsibility
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with cardiac and vascular disorders, Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to aid in the diagnosis and management of cardiac and vascular conditions, Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding disease management, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence, Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes, Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects to advance cardiac and vascular care.
