We are seeking an experienced ICU RN. Our nurses in 5TN and 5G/6G MICU practice with autonomy in a fast-paced environment. In the Medical ICU, you will develop skills with managing patients who may have mechanical ventilators, central lines, multiple vasoactive drips, CRRT (continuous dialysis), chest tubes, gastrostomy tubes etc. Both units are proud recipients of the Silver Beacon Award for Excellence and rank in the top 10% for patient satisfaction scores.

Capable clinician who has acquired broad experience in caring for patients, has developed a sound understanding about the care of a particular patient population, serves as a resource to colleagues and strong advocate for patients/families, communicates effectively and respectfully with patients, families, and ***** team, delivers safe, dependable and effective care independently, demonstrates assessment skills, recognizes impact of nursing care on patient outcomes, documents nursing process accurately, plans and implements patient care independently, evaluates patient's response to care, identifies patient and family learning needs, incorporates AACN Synergy Model into clinical practice, other duties as required.
