Nurse Navigator – TGH Cancer Institute

Responsible for the coordination of patient care across the continuum of Radiation oncologic care for all patients. Educates/provides information, supports patients, and facilitates treatment plans. Functions as a patient advocate, guides patients and families throughout cancer care and survivorship experience. Works closely with physicians and marketing department to develop marketing ideas and materials to promote Radiation Therapy Program. Provides community education and outreach.
