The Float Pool RN floats to various departments based on need, with options requiring 2 years’ experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry, or ICU or ER. Must have FL RN license, a minimum of 1 year of dialysis nursing, and an Associates Degree in Nursing (Bachelors preferred). BLS & ACLS certifications through ARC or AHA are required.
