The LPN ll will be responsible to provide care under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, Physician or Advanced Practice Nurse. ***** ***** supports the development of the LPN within the community specifically those relationships associated with the health and wellbeing of the community at large.
Roles Responsibility
Differentiate new from long term problems, conduct patient history, take vital signs, perform basic nursing care, respond to alarms, collect specimens, follow protocols, complete tasks assigned, orient children and families, document observations and interventions. Desired Qualification
