Roles Responsibility
Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, resolving patient concerns, coordinating care, assisting with direct patient care, answering call lights, delegating, and being a resource for staff. Desired Qualification
Current licensure or certification required by state regulations,CPR certification required (ACLS preferred),CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting eligibility requirements,At least one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting within the last five years Type
