Nutrition Services Assistant


Provides meal delivery, menu selection, and nutritional care services to the patient population. Compiles and maintains accurate records and information for use in preparing patient menus. Collaborates with the clinical dietitian and nursing staff to identify patients at nutritional risk and need for possible nutritional intervention.
