The RN’s purpose is to provide quality nursing care to patients, coordinate care with ancillary staff, and effectively communicate with physicians. This position contributes to the department’s goals by delivering and coordinating patient care at a safe practice level, within the scope defined by the Florida State Board of Nursing and TGH policy.
