Roles Responsibility
Serve as unit representative on various practice councils and any necessary committees (IP, Quality, Safety, CAUTI, CLABSI, etc.), On-boarding of permanent and agency staff members, including development and maintenance of unit orientation binders, Maintains unit competency for all staff members (holds annual skills fair) within TJC guidelines, Collaborates and supports Nursing Schools of assigned students for unit observation, Provides in-services on educational topics as they arise and in conjunction with annual requirements, Perform chart audits and 1:1 observation as necessary, Participate in interviews for perspective new hires Desired Qualification
