Provide all on-boarding to permanent and agency staff members, maintain unit competency for all staff members, provide in-services on educational topics, serve as the unit’s representatives on various practice councils, perform chart audits, attend continuous education opportunities, develop and maintain unit orientation binders, participate in interviews for new hires, collaborate and support Nursing Schools Desired Qualification
