New Grad RN – Transplant Unit – ICU Bridge Program

The Comprehensive Transplant Unit is a 32 bed adolescent/adult surgical unit offering care to post-operative abdominal organ transplant recipients and management of transplantation complications. New graduate RNs will go through a structured orientation program. Enrolled RNs will join a yearlong Nurse Residency Program.
