Health Information Manager


The Health Information Manager is responsible for maintaining members’ medical records in accordance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations. This includes establishing records, collecting information from various sources, monitoring and auditing records for completeness and accuracy, and informing the necessary parties of any deficiencies in documentation.
