Roles Responsibility
Conduct history/physical examinations, admission workups and medicine reconciliation, Respond to house calls and evaluate patients, Daily virtual and/or in-person rounding on ***** at home patients, Counsel patients/family on condition and pre/post-surgical care, Document patient information and care in the medical record, Facilitate discharge planning and patient throughput from admission Desired Qualification
